Saturday, in Williamsburg, the Brooklyn Flea is hosting a Record Fair along the waterfront. Drop by from 11 AM on to check out all the limited edition and special fair exclusives to round out your vinyl collection. Grab some lunch at Smorgasburg while you flip through and head over to The Williamsburg afterwards for an Open House from 12-5.

Sunday, 364 Union will be hosting an Open House from 2-4. Afterwards, take a trip over to Green-Wood Cemetery for a special trolley tour of the grounds. Take an in depth look at some of the cemetery’s most decadent architecture and mausoleums while enjoying a guided tour by costumed performers. Tours run from 12-4, make sure to bring your camera to capture the beautiful foliage.

This Saturday, start out at The Williamsburg, hosting an Open House from 12-5, at 373 Wythe Avenue. Afterwards, head down to the Dumbo Arts Festival, a three day long art showcase throughout the Dumbo area. There will be exhibitions, performances, music and more, so check the schedule and map to catch it all.

On Sunday, drop by The Shelton for the Open House from 1-3 . Make sure to head over to the Atlantic Antic afterwards to ring in fall with this extensive street fair. There will be over 500 booths featuring local and specialty foods, shopping, pony rides and musical performances.

Uptown, Fort Tryon Park is hosting the 29th Annual Medieval Festival. Starting at 11:30, this all day fest transports guests back in time with music, dance performances, jugglers, food, arts and crafts, and a joust. Before you get too caught up in the festivities, stop in at Fieldston Lofts for an Open House from 12 – 1:30.

This Saturday, the Williamsburg Film and Music fest will be hosting the Willifest Block Party starting at 10 AM featuring the Brooklyn Nets, music and food. Events will be held on Grand St between Roebling and Driggs. Afterwards, stop by The Williamsburg  hosting an Open House from 12-5.

This Sunday, head over to The Shelton, with an Open House from 1-3 . Then get your reading glasses, pens and paper ready for The Brooklyn Book Festival. This literary fest starts at 10 AM at Borough Hall and features new authors, seminars, panels and all the books you can imagine.  Make sure to plan out your agenda beforehand to get the most out of this jam packed literary day.

In Riverdale, catch the Riverdale Y Sunday Market from 9 – 2 at MS/HS 141 (Independence Avenue at West 237th Street).  Featured items will be organic produce, eggs, baked goods and more. Make sure to drop by Fieldston Lofts afterwards for an Open House from 12 – 1:30.

This Saturday, check out Taste Talks in Williamsburg. This weekend-long foodie festival kicks off Saturday morning with a pancake breakfast at Brooklyn Bowl and continues through with seminars and talks all day long by some culinary greats. Click here for the full schedule, and make sure to drop by the Open House at The Williamsburg from 12-5 in between sessions.

Sunday, 364 Union is hosting an Open House from 1-3. Come by to take a look at these gorgeous Carroll Gardens’ apartments and afterwards head down to the Flatbush Frolic. The 37th Annual Frolic takes place on Cortelyou Road and will feature music, food, arts and crafts and merchandise vendors. The fun goes from 11-6 so don’t miss out.

This Sunday, head over to the Down to Earth Farmers Market at McGolrick Park. It’s the perfect place to pick up fresh fish, vegetables, flowers, pickles and more. Grab everything you need for an end of summer feast and head over to The Williamsburg to take a look at some of HPDM’s newest rentals. The Open House is from 12-5, you don’t want to miss these great apartments, some with bridge or Manhattan views.

This Saturday, The Williamsburg is hosting an Open House from 12-5. Make sure to drop by and check out some of the area’s newest rentals. Afterwards, head over to Artists and Fleas to look through some of these local artist’s beautiful wares. It’s the perfect place to find new takes on jewelry, artwork, clothing and more.

On Sunday, stop by The Shelton from 1-3 for an Open House and spend the rest of the afternoon at the Afropunk Fest at Commodore Barry Park. This two-day festival features top musical acts, morning yoga, markets to shop and delicious food trucks from around the city.

If you’re heading uptown, hop on the Nostalgia Ride to the Bronx from Grand Central to Van Cortlandt Park. Ride on WW1 era subway cars to the park and walk the nature trail or explore the Van Cortlandt House Museum, or visit nearby Fieldston Lofts for an Open House from 12 – 1:30.  Pack a picnic lunch to take in all that the park has to offer and enjoy the historic ride back downtown.

After a stroll along the water, drop by the Open House at The Williamsburg, HPDM’s newest rentals, from 12-5. Some of these sun-lit apartments offer Williamsburg Bridge or Manhattan views.

Sunday, come by The Shelton from 1-3 for an Open House. Afterwards, stop by The Hattie Carthan Herban Farmers Market until 6 to pick up some locally grown herbs and vegetables. This weekend they will be hosting a workshop on Extending the Summer Harvest, which will feature instructions on how to make marinades and use the herbs growing in the garden to make seasonings.

In Riverdale, Fieldston Lofts is hosting an Open House on Sunday from 12-1:30. Make sure to drop by Wave Hill afterwards to experience some of the butterfly activities going on this weekend. Guided butterfly tours and family art projects are just a few of the activities you can be a part of, along with regular tours of the grounds and museum.

Featuring food vendors from around the NY region, Smorgasburg offers savory bites, sweet treats and everything in between. After enjoying some of the area’s best dishes, hop on the bike lane over to The Shelton for an Open House from 1-3 to see these beautiful apartments with Manhattan and Brooklyn views.

This weekend, take time to enjoy some outdoor fun with friends and family.

Saturday, check out the TAMA Summerfest on Tompkins Ave in Bed-Stuy for a full day of music, art, games, readings, food and shopping. Events go from 11-4, so make sure to stop in to The Shelton for an Open House from 1-3 in between.

On Sunday, start out at Fieldston Lofts in Riverdale at the Open House from 11:30-1. Then grab a picnic lunch from some of the delicious local shops and head over to Van Cortlandt Park for The Bronx Arts Ensemble Presents: Broadway Jazz. Featuring music by the Mark Sherman quintet, Broadway Jazz will be performed from 2-3. Don’t forget to take a stroll through this picturesque park before heading home.
