“We sold five apartments from the middle of August to now,” Halstead Property Development Marketing agent Debbie Zolan told theBrooklyn Eagle.
West Coast-based NBA player Jonathan “J.J.” Redick, of the Los Angeles Clippers, is in contract to buy a $4.25 million duplex penthouse in Brooklyn.
It’s at 51 Jay St., a warehouse in Dumbo that’s being converted to 74 luxury condos.
Megalith Capital Management and Urban Realty Partners announced that, 200 Water Street, a six-story boutique building in DUMBO, has more than 50 percent of its units in contract since its launch in September 2015.
