Park Union in Park Slope has sold out all but one of its 15 residences since October

“Halstead Property ­Development Marketing sold all but one of 15  residences at Park Union at 910 Union St. off Grand Army Plaza since the end of  October.

That’s the power of Park Slope, and the power of a thought-out development  that has 13 three-bedroom homes that attracted young families from as far away  as the upper West Side.

Prices reached above $2 million for the last units sold.

“Park Slope is a brand,” said Halstead’s Kristin Krantz. the broker on the  project. “This is the most desirable neighborhood in Brooklyn. And this location  is one of the most desirable in that neighborhood.”
