Last week, we toured the Harbor’s Edge development, which is virtually completed and ready to start sales, in the hot town of Sag Harbor. We were blown away and wanted to move right in. We arrived into the beautiful lobby and were greeted cheerfully by Yvonne, the concierge. Yvonne seemed like no request would faze her. Maintenance-free living, sign us up now! Then we met Keith Green, the Halstead sales rep who showed us around. One thing we really liked about the complex is that privacy is key—there are only 15 units in total, but multiple elevators; some residences (penthouses) have dedicated elevators while others are shared between two apartments. Nice. Prices range between $6.25M for a 2200sf penthouse down to $2.25M for a ground-floor 1900sf apartment.
